Connected hospital workflow

Support the patient journey across departments

Information captured during one stage of a visit becomes available to authorized users who need it at the next stage, reducing repeated capture and preserving the patient’s visit context.

01

Register

Create or locate patient profiles, capture demographic and contact information, manage insurance details and generate a consistent outpatient identifier.

02

Consult

Record complaints, histories, clinical impressions, ICD-10 diagnoses, prescriptions and the clinician’s summary within the current visit.

03

Diagnose

Raise laboratory and radiology requests, route the patient to the appropriate department and manage laboratory results and approval.

04

Treat

Manage prescriptions, dispensing, pharmacy stock, inpatient admission, ward and bed allocation, and controlled discharge workflows.

05

Bill & Report

Settle medical bills, manage insurance and payment records, issue invoices and receipts, and produce operational, clinical and financial reports.

Queue-based movement: clinical and service departments can route patients between reception, consultation, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, cash office and other service rooms while retaining the active visit context.

Security & Privacy Overview

Authenticated access

Users authenticate within the context of a selected licensed healthcare facility before accessing patient, clinical, pharmacy, laboratory or financial information.

Login-attempt protection

The application allows a maximum of three unsuccessful login attempts and automatically blocks the account when those attempts are exhausted.

Role-Based Access Control

User Groups and assigned privileges align available functions with operational roles such as reception, clinical care, pharmacy, laboratory, cashiering and accounting.

Account administration

Authorized administrators can create and update users, assign groups and apply account controls including lock, block and disable.

Credential protection

Password records are stored as protected transformed values rather than readable plaintext credentials. Password changes validate the existing password and confirmation.

Audit trail
